RHEINREFLEXE researches interventions in the landscape and their effects on humans and nature using the example of the village Dettenheim. The starting point are local changes in habitats with regard to history, society and ecology. In exchange with the inhabitants of Dettenheim, the past is explored in documentary form and a utopian, fictitious future is conceived. The core of the project is the cinematic exploration of the layers around and in (Alt-Dettenheim.
